The Tooth Fairy’s so nice, we celebrate her twice! National Tooth Fairy Day occurs once in August and once this month – February 28th, to be exact.

While we’re talking Tooth Fairy, discussing her with your kids is the perfect way to remind them to practice good oral and overall health habits. Brushing twice a day for two minutes and flossing at least once a day are the best ways to ensure a happy fairy. The Tooth Fairy believes in a healthy tummy too! 

Fruits and vegetables are the foundation of a healthy diet. They are low in calories and dense in nutrients. Plus, they’re packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. Here are some healthy recipes, courtesy of our favorite tooth collector:
