Instead, try this tooth-friendly, low-sugar orange creamsicle recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth without compromising your oral health!

Low-sugar orange creamsicle recipe

 This recipe is inspired by: Resolution Eats

Ingredients:

  • 5 (.6oz) boxes Zero Sugar Orange Jell-O*
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream 
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Popsicle molds

*Note: Zero Sugar Orange Jell-O contains aspartame.

Instructions:

Step 1: Pour 1 cup of boiling water into a 4-cup measuring cup.

Step 2: Add the Jell-O powder to the boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.

Step 3: Add vanilla and two cups of cream to the dissolved Jell-O, ensuring the total liquid reaches the 3-cup line of the pot. Stir to combine.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.

Tip: To easily release the popsicles, run hot water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
