Some tips when choosing which of the world-renowned chef’s food to try:
1. Keep calcium close.
Dairy products, such as cheese, yogurt and milk, are perfect sources of calcium. Foods high in fiber also contribute to a healthy mouth by keeping your saliva flowing.
2. Hold on to whole grains.
Whole grains help keep bones, teeth and gums healthy. Plus, foods that are whole grain are often high in fiber, a vital nutrient for a glowing grin.
3. Pick appropriate portions.
Food festivals, like buffets, can be dangerous for the amount of food consumed. Try to keep track of how much you eat by filling one small plate at a time. By Once you finish your first plate, give yourself time to digest before going back for seconds.
